Please read these terms carefully before using the 786x platform — all rules regarding membership, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are described in detail here.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 786x website and all related services. By creating an account or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

  • "Bonus" refers to any financial or non-cash incentive offered by the platform.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To create an account at 786x, you must be at least 21 years of age. The platform may request relevant identification documents at any time for age verification. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts may be suspended or closed and any associated bonuses and winnings may be cancelled.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. 786x reserves the right to immediately close an account if false information is provided.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. If any unauthorised activity occurs on your account, notify the 786x support team immediately.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following mobile banking methods are currently accepted on the 786x platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may be longer in exceptional circumstances or during a verification process.

3.4 Transaction Responsibility

It is the user's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of each transaction. If funds are sent to an incorrect account number, recovery of those funds may not be possible. 786x does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals, though the mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

3.5 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious, fraudulent, or related to money laundering, 786x reserves the right to suspend or cancel that transaction and may place the associated account under investigation.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. For example, after wagering ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once the wagering requirement has been met.
  • Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all bonuses and related winnings.
  • 786x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • Bonus funds must be used to meet the minimum specified wagering level — bonuses may be cancelled if unusually low stakes or risk-free strategies are used.

4.4 VIP Program

786x has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits. Users can advance to higher tiers based on their activity.

Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786x platform:

  • Attempting to win through fraud, deception, or any other unlawful method.
  • Operating gameplay using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or unlawful financial activities.
  • Using another user's account credentials or impersonating their identity.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to or modify the platform's software or systems.
  • Harassing, insulting, or intimidating other members or staff.

For any of the violations listed above, 786x reserves the right to permanently close the account, cancel all balances and bonuses, and take legal action if necessary.

Responsible Gaming

786x believes that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a source of income. We encourage users to build healthy gaming habits.

6.1 Setting Limits

Users can set their own deposit, wagering, or loss limits. These limits take effect immediately once activated.

Content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others) is subject to their own intellectual property policies.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Account Closure & Termination

10.1 Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Available balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, but any bonus funds for which the wagering requirement has not been met will be cancelled.

10.2 Closure by 786x

In the event of a Terms violation, evidence of fraud, or for security reasons, 786x may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account. The user will be notified as far as reasonably possible in such cases.

Changes to Terms

786x reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and 786x and replace all prior oral or written understandings.
